    Josh Hill is a GTM technology and operations leader who builds go-to-market infrastructure for the full customer lifecycle. He has built and led global teams at several large enterprises to achieve efficient growth stacks. Josh’s focus is in GTM Architecture, Omnichannel, Demand Generation, Campaign Operations, and Funnel Infrastructure.

    Josh has over 20 years of experience in technology, sales, and B2B marketing. Over his career Josh has worked with dozens of organizations and thousands of marketing operations professionals to accelerate their funnels and careers.

    Josh holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.

    Diana Lee is a revenue operations and analytics leader who has successfully built a world-class automated marketing and sales data framework, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence. Her close partnership with sales operations and ability to integrate marketing automation with sales processes has resulted in improved lead management, higher conversion rates, and ultimately, increased revenue.

    Diana has deep experience in marketing, marketing/revenue operations and analytics with high growth SaaS companies.  Leveraging her problem-solving skills, she has consistently focused on creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Her expertise in data tracking and measurement has proven critical to understanding the customer journey.

    Diana holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Women’s Studies and Asian American Studies from UCLA.

    Alexandra Rodina is a seasoned marketing strategy and operations professional who has built analytical frameworks and streamlined processes for numerous high-growth companies.     Alexandra has over 15 years of experience in strategy, business insights, forecasting and operations. She has gained her modeling and ROI chops in investment banking and applied this experience to transition to leading marketing operations teams. 

    Alexandra holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

    Melissa Kolbe is an AI & Marketing Operations Strategist at Growth Strategies Lab. With a deep focus on GTM technology and marketing operations, Melissa specializes in Salesforce marketing development and other marketing technology solutions like Invoca and Wrike. Her expertise extends to process and operations improvements, where she has successfully set up AI-led marketing technology stack for Pallas Advisory.

    Melissa has extensive experience in the Silicon Valley ecosystem, having worked at organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She has consistently delivered improved lead management and increased marketing efficiency, contributing to significant revenue growth.

    Melissa holds a certification from the Marketing AI Institute's Piloting AI program and a BS in Journalism from the University of Portland.
